BA London Eye opens a new aerial photography exhibition for the summer
Jason Hawkes, Britain's leading aerial photographer, and British Airways London Eye have joined forces this summer to bring the public a major new aerial exhibition.
The free exhibition, Aerial: the view from above, will be staged outside at the London Eye between 28 July and 7 September 2003.
The collection of over 50 photographs features images from across Great Britain and will show visitors the country.s range and beauty.
Jason will be offering a series of talks on aerial photography on selected dates throughout the summer.
At 135m, the BA London Eye is the world.s largest observation wheel. Conceived and designed by Marks Barfield Architects, it has won over 20 awards for tourism, architectural quality and engineering achievement, including the People.s Choice award in 2001 and 2002. It is managed and operated by The Tussauds Group, Europe.s leading operator of visitor attractions

Hi. Any info on the opening times of the exhibition at the London Eye, their site is less than helpful.

It is open from 8am until 8pm daily until 7th September and is free to view.
Diverse set of images - great...
There's an error in the description of one of the images however.
An image of warships is labelled as 'Portsmouth Naval Docks, Devon'.
Unless Portsmouth has moved, this should be 'Portsmouth Naval Docks, Hampshire' or more likely, 'Plymouth Naval Docks, Devon'
